A sublime century from Shivnarine Chanderpaul rescued a draw for the West Indies in the third and final test with the India, however despite Chanderpaul's ton, India still won the series 1-0.
Chanderpul and Fidel Edwards defied the Indian attack in earning a draw, as the duo put on 65 runs for the eigth wicket partnership, guiding the West Indies to a second innings total of 332.
Set a target of 180 to win, India finished day five on 94-3, with both captains deciding to call an early end to the play with neither side likely to force a late win.
India now travel to England ahead of the first test at Lords on the 21st July. The series see's two of the three highest ranked test nations compete together, with England hoping to close the gap between them and India at the top of the rankings.
